Do you take insurance?

No. Insurance coverage for weight loss medications and treatment is inconsistent. We accept credit cards and FSA/HSA cards.

Do I have to sign up for a monthly subscription?

Yes, we only have a subscription based model for weight loss medications. This ensures consistent use of medications along with ongoing access to health coaching. There are NO contracts. You can cancel anytime. Notify us via email or text at least 3 business days before your billing date. No refunds after payments are processed.

Where are you located?

We are located in Irmo, SC and we serve ALL of South Carolina. We are also considering some other states as well. Please reach out if you think we should consider yours!

Most of our clients utilize GLP-1 agonists such as semaglutide (brand name Ozempic/Wegovy) or Tirzepatide (brand name Mounjaro or Zepbound). We also offer bupropion/naltraxone (brand name Contrave) or phentermine/topiramate (requires annual in-person visit) for appropriate clients. Furthermore, we offer selected add-ons such as B12 and MIC injections.

Where do consultations happen?

The majority of our clients utilize telemedicine from their phone, tablet, or computer. We do offer in-person consultations for clients local to Irmo, SC.
